The location of the hotel is good, the surroundings are quiet, there is a big SM within a 10-minute walk, it is convenient for shopping, and there are many food and beverage options around. What I am most satisfied with is that during the week I lived, there were no insects in the whole room. There is a water fountain next to the stairs. The Internet is fast most of the time, but it is occasionally disconnected. I had a power outage while I was living, but the staff quickly restored the power.

The location was superb. I always stayed in the condo nearby until I discovered this condotel and now, will choose to stay here every time I come home for the holidays. The price is unbeatably low compared to others, and the place is very safe and secure. Staff are attentive, especially the security guards which I found always helpful.

Great find, nice and quiet and cheap with a mall and loads of places to eat, the army navy burger bar had nice food it's next to the garbage burger King. The room was very quiet but no fridge cold water available from a filter on each floor. If you buy a kettle hide it or you'll be charged 150 peso each day you have it.
